Tarek Diab is an Egyptian Lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. Skilled in Trade Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Trademark Infringement, Unfair Competition, Copyright Law, Alternative dispute resolution and Anti-counterfeiting. Tarek has a master’s degree in law focused on International Business Law from the University of Cumbria London. To obtain his degree, Tarek studied six subjects in the field of Legal advanced skills, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), International Trade Law, International Intellectual Property Law, Transnational Business Law, and International Corporate Governance Law. He presented and defended his dissertation in (The Provisions of Mergers and Acquisitions, a comparison study in the light of the laws of the UK, UAE, and Egypt).

  • Executive Director at Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property & Legal (Oct 1996 – Dec 2007, 11 yrs 3 mos, Cairo & Dubai) – managed the office operations, supervised legal staff, oversaw financial transactions, and provided extensive legal services to clients.
  • Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Aujan Industries JSC & RANI REFRESHMENTS FZCO (2008 – 2018, Dubai, UAE) – led global intellectual property protection strategies, managed external legal relationships, negotiated contracts, and participated in M&A processes, reporting directly to the President & CEO.
  • Attorney At Law & Managing Partner at Legal Protection Office (Sep 2018 – Present, 5 yrs, Cairo, Egypt) – directs legal strategies for multinational companies, advises on corporate governance, handles dispute resolutions, and guides company incorporations and contract drafting.


  • Bachelour’s degree in law from Cairo university.
  • Master’s degree in International Business Law from Cumbria Unversity in London.
