Background

Liliana has more than 20 years of experience in Competition, Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering AML/CFT, and OFAC advising American, British, Chinese, Indian and Colombian firms. Maritime, Banking and Finance lawyer and arbitrator. Liliana is an alliance builder, a leader with superb track record and significant transactional experience in major finance and infrastructure agreements, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). She is an expert negotiator in international trade with the United States, the European Union, the European Free Trade Area and the Andean countries and has conducted research surrounding Technology and Privacy Law at UCLA Law and authored the research paper “Algorithms and Democracy”.
