  • Currently serves as the Managing Partner at Abacanto Abogados y Consultores, advising both local and foreign corporations in a variety of areas including Corporate, Commercial, Labor Law and Employment, Trademark, Compliance, and Litigation.
  • From 2006 to 2015, served as Senior Attorney at FuentesMaillet y Asociados in Santiago, Chile, counseling corporations in legal and judicial matters, and taking part in a wide range of corporate activities such as mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, and corporate recapitalizations.
  • From 2006 to 2010, served as a Director at the publicly traded company, Schwager, where he was involved in the definition of general policies, attending Board of Directors and Shareholders Meetings, and participating in Legal, Regulatory and Ethics Committees.
