Emma Hutchinson

Background

With over 10 years of experience in the legal field, Emma is a dual qualified barrister, Ireland and Northern Ireland, specialising in employment law. Educated at Trinity College, Dublin and the Honorable Society of King’s Inns she began her career at the Bar of Ireland in Dublin representing clients at District, Circuit and High Court level. A longstanding member of our team she has been a consultant with 360 Business Law since 2017 advising clients on complex and strategic legal matters, in areas such as employment law, contract law, data protection law, commercial law, and telecommunications law.

Employment History

Emma began her career in 2010 in criminal law at the Bar of Ireland, she moved into civil law in 2011 and subsequently practised at the Bar of Northern Ireland from 2017 – 2020. She has been Irish legal counsel/ consultant lawyer at 360 Business Law since 2017 working on a variety of matters across employment, telecommunications, contract and data protection law.
