How It Works
Send It In. Act on What Comes Back.
Submission is the only step that asks anything of the user. From there the platform identifies the document for itself and applies the right rules.
01
Submit
Contracts are submitted through the secure portal in Word or PDF document format. There is no document type to choose: the platform identifies whether it is looking at an NDA, a master services agreement, a supply contract or a lease, and matches it to the correct playbook, industry clause set and jurisdiction.
02
Submit
Every clause is classified, tested for completeness, checked against current regulation and measured against the standard position. The output is a clause deviation report, Red, Amber and Green clause indicators, a numerical risk score and suggested alternative wording.
03
Decide
You receive a marked-up Word version of the contract and a separate printable RAG report. Where a second review is wanted, escalate the contract to a qualified 360 lawyer for checking and sign-off, with the AI’s analysis attached automatically as a briefing.
04
Work in Word
Open the marked-up document with the Microsoft Word add-in and you get inline comments, tracked-change redlines, the risk summary, the clause deviation report and suggested alternatives, in the tool your team already uses.
The Firm Behind the Platform
Every Review Is Backed by a Global Law Firm.
The advantage of the platform lies not only in its cost and the flexible way in which it is sold, but in what stands behind it. At the touch of a button, an AI reviewed contract can be passed to a qualified lawyer for checking and sign-off in any jurisdiction in which we operate.
The speed and economy of AI-led review, with the assurance of advice from a qualified lawyer, in a single workflow. No standalone legal AI product can offer it.
01
AI-Led Review
Redlines, inline comments and a RAG risk report, produced in minutes.
02
Single-Click Escalation
The AI analysis attaches automatically as a lawyer briefing, so nobody starts from scratch.
03
Qualified Lawyer Sign-Off
Checked and signed off by a lawyer at 360 Business Law, on fixed-fee or credit-based instruction.

Layer 1
General Contract Clauses
A foundation of standard, cross-sector clause content. This is what allows the engine to recognise each clause for what it is, and to spot what is missing, incomplete or unusual for a clause of that type.
Layer 2
Industry-Specific Clauses
Sector-tailored clause content, so that a construction subcontract or a pharmaceutical supply agreement is measured against the norms of its own sector rather than against generic drafting.
Layer 3
Regulatory and Legislative Data
Drawn from government sources and APIs, with provenance and retrieval timestamps preserved. This tests a clause against the law as it currently stands, and makes the compliance position auditable afterwards.
Layer 4 · Enterprise
Client Playbooks and Risk Registers
Your own rules, preferences and risk tolerances, held in isolation per tenant. This is what turns a competent generic review into one that reflects how your business contracts in your market.
Layer 5 · Enterprise
Client Templates
Your own template contracts, used both to generate documents on your paper and as a second measure against which an incoming draft is tested.
Knowledge Layers
Five Knowledge Layers, Separately Addressable.
Every review draws on five distinct, separately addressable sources of knowledge, which the AI orchestration engine calls upon according to the task in front of it, rather than one undifferentiated pool.
The engine classifies each clause and tests it for completeness against Layers 1 and 2, checks it for compliance against Layer 3, and then, for enterprise clients, measures it against the client’s playbook at Layer 4 and its templates at Layer 5.
Regulatory material carries provenance and retrieval timestamps for auditability. Client content is held in isolation on a per-tenant basis.
Lifecycle Coverage
Coverage Across the Contract Lifecycle.
360Counsel for SME covers the review stage. 360Counsel for Enterprise spans the full contract lifecycle, from first draft through to ongoing management, with every stage governed by the same playbooks and the same audit trail.

Security and Data
Built for Clients Who Ask This First.
Both editions are highly secure. The platform is deployed on local infrastructure in each of the jurisdictions in which we operate, so client data is held in-country and the service is delivered locally rather than from the centre.
01
In-Jurisdiction Hosting
The platform is installed on servers within each jurisdiction in which we operate, keeping the service inside the data residency and regulatory expectations of your own market.
02
Per-Tenant Isolation
Contract data is held in isolation on a per-tenant basis. Every enterprise client is hosted on its own separate tenant, with its own agents, playbooks, templates and users.
03
Tamper-Evident Audit Trail
Every review carries an audit trail, so the compliance position on any contract can be reconstructed and evidenced after the fact.
360Counsel is not tied to a single AI provider. The orchestration engine chooses the model and the modules best suited to the task in front of it. Clause classification, regulatory retrieval, drafting and risk scoring are not the same problem, and the model that is strongest at one is rarely strongest at all of them. As better models emerge we adopt them, and the platform improves without the client having to lift a finger
What the Platform Does Not Do
It Reviews. It Does Not Advise.
360Counsel does not give legal advice and it does not replace a lawyer’s judgement. It reviews, compares, flags and drafts. Where a point turns on how the law applies to a particular client in a particular situation, the view required is a lawyer’s.
Every output is presented as analysis for a person to check, and the escalation route exists precisely because some questions cannot be settled by a model. We say this plainly because it is a more credible proposition than any claim of infallibility, and it is the reason a law firm sitting behind the AI is worth paying for.
Commercial Model
Charged on What You Use.
Pricing is transparent and tied to usage, with a white-labelled alternative for organisations that want the platform under their own brand.
01
SME: Pay As You Review
Credits are bought through the portal and drawn down as contracts are reviewed, with NDAs priced separately from full contracts. No commitment beyond what you use. From £X per review.
02
Enterprise: Charged Per Service
Enterprise clients are charged according to the services configured for them, with activity recorded per user and per client and reported monthly. Pricing from £X, quoted against your requirements.
03
White-Labelled Licence
A fully white-labelled version of the platform under a monthly licence fee with capped usage, presented under your own brand, on your own domain, with reports in your own house style. From £X per month.
The Microsoft Word plug-in is available in both editions for a monthly charge. Both editions include the full review engine and one-click escalation to our lawyers.
