The Position
Legal Review, Without a Legal Department.
Growing businesses execute a steady volume of agreements: supplier terms, customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, leases and licences. Few have in-house legal resource to review them.
That leaves two unsatisfactory positions. Instruct a firm on every document, and accept the cost and the delay. Or sign unreviewed, and carry an exposure that has not been assessed.

What comes back
Every Clause, Rated and Explained.
Each review returns a marked-up Word version of the contract and a separate printable RAG report. Four elements are included every time.
01
A Rating on Every Clause
Each clause is rated red, amber or green, directing attention to the provisions that carry the risk. Typically three or four clauses account for the majority of it.
02
Redlines Ready to Issue
Proposed amendments are delivered as tracked changes, with comments set against the clauses to which they relate. Accept them, reject them, or forward the document to the counterparty as it stands.
03
What Is Missing Entirely
The greater exposure is often not a poorly drafted clause but the absence of one. Provisions the playbook expects and cannot locate are reported as findings in their own right.
04
The Reasoning, in Plain English
What each flagged clause exposes you to, together with alternative wording. Every report carries a named reviewer.
Security and Data
Your Contracts Are Not Used to Train Models.
You are entrusting us with commercially sensitive documents. Three commitments apply to every review.
Held in Your Jurisdiction
The platform is deployed on servers within each jurisdiction in which we operate, so contract data remains in-country.
Isolated per Client
Your documents are held in isolation on a per-tenant basis. They are not pooled with those of any other client, and are not used to inform any other client’s review.
Fully Audited
Every review carries a tamper-evident audit trail, so what was assessed, against what, and when, can be evidenced.
how it reaches you
Submitted to the Platform, Returned in Word.
Contracts are submitted through the secure portal in Word or PDF. You are not asked to classify the document: the platform identifies whether it is a non-disclosure agreement, a supply contract or a lease, and applies the corresponding clause set and jurisdiction itself.
Opening the marked-up file with the plug-in presents the comments, redlines and risk summary within the application your team already uses.
Desktop or Browser. The plug-in is supported in Word on the desktop and in Word for the web.
Illustration only. The platform interface may differ in appearance.
What It Costs
Charged per Contract Reviewed.
A non-disclosure agreement and a fifty-page master services agreement represent different volumes of work and are priced accordingly. That fee is the only charge you are required to incur.
01
Credits Purchased in Advance
Credits are purchased through the portal and drawn down as contracts are reviewed, priced by document type and confirmed before you commit. From £X per review.
02
A Monthly Fee for the Plug-In
A monthly subscription making the review panel available within Word to your team. From £X per month.
03
Lawyer Time Charged Only When Used
Escalation is priced separately and charged only on those contracts you elect to refer, with the fee agreed before any work is undertaken.
Where the requirement extends beyond review. Where contracts are drafted, negotiated and monitored rather than simply checked, 360Counsel for Enterprise is the appropriate edition. Compare the editions

01
Run the Review
Redlines, a risk score and the clause deviations, returned as Word documents.
02
Refer What Warrants It
A single action refers the contract, and every finding already made, to a lawyer.
03
Signed Off by the Firm
Checked and signed off by a qualified 360 lawyer, with the fee agreed beforehand.
The Firm Behind the Platform
Where Judgement Is Required, Instruct a Lawyer.
Some agreements warrant an automated review. Others warrant a lawyer. That is a judgement to be exercised matter by matter, rather than settled once a year.
Escalation is therefore built in. Refer the contract to a 360 Business Law lawyer and the analysis is attached automatically as a briefing, so the work already done is not repeated. Fees are agreed in advance, and the lawyer instructed is qualified in the law governing the contract.
It reviews. It does not advise. 360Counsel compares, flags and reports. Where a question turns on how the law applies to your business in its particular circumstances, the view is a lawyer’s. That is what escalation exists for.
