The Position
Where Contract Risk Arises.
Contracting exposure rarely arises at the drafting stage. It arises from renewals that pass unnoticed, liability positions accepted inconsistently across business units, provisions that cease to be compliant, and obligations that go unmonitored after signature.
These are governance failures rather than drafting failures, caused by contracts being retained as documents rather than managed as operational data.
360Counsel provides a single environment in which agreements are created, negotiated, approved, executed and managed, with your standards applied uniformly and lawyers instructed from within the same workflow.
✓
Negotiating positions applied consistently across every team that contracts
✓
Obligations, renewal dates and termination rights maintained as monitored data
✓
A complete and defensible record of approval and authority
✓
Jurisdiction-appropriate coverage wherever the organisation operates

Governed by Your Positions
Your Legal Standards, Applied Consistently.
The platform is configured to the contractual standards of your organisation: preferred and fallback wording, the liability positions you accept, and the provisions that are mandatory rather than negotiable.
Defined once, without development work, and applied to every draft, review and negotiation across the business.
Review is therefore conducted in two stages: first against the positions you have recorded, then against the templates in use across the business.
Limitation of liability
Cap at 100% of annual fees
Limitation of liability

Configurable in full, and not tied to one AI provider. Workflows, thresholds, roles and outputs are configured to your requirements, and the engine selects the model best suited to each task.
Governance and Assurance
Designed for Audit and Regulatory Scrutiny.
Any system holding contractual records must withstand later examination, by internal audit, the board, a regulator or opposing counsel.
01
Complete Version and Approval Record
Every version, amendment and approval retained, with what changed between drafts and its legal effect.
02
Segregated Tenancy
Every enterprise client is hosted on its own separate tenant, deployed on infrastructure within each jurisdiction so that contract data is held in-country.
03
Attributed Legal Content
Regulatory material retains its source and retrieval date, enabling a position taken previously to be evidenced against the law as it then stood.
04
Controlled Execution
Role-based approval matrices and thresholds ensure that no agreement proceeds to signature without the requisite authority.

01

The agreement is drafted or reviewed, risk scored and assessed against your playbook.
02

The contract and its analysis are passed to your own team, or to the firm as a briefing.
03

The Firm Behind the Platform
Our Lawyers, Available on Instruction.
Most organisations deploying 360Counsel hold legal resource of their own, so escalation is optional. Where you would prefer your in-house team to take a matter on, the platform routes it to them instead.
Where external support is required, the agreement passes to a 360 Business Law lawyer qualified in the governing law, with the analysis attached as a briefing and the fee agreed before work commences.
It reviews. It does not advise. The platform drafts, compares, flags and reports. Where a question turns on how the law applies to your circumstances, the view is a lawyer’s.
Commercial Model
Charged on the Services Configured.
Charging is based on the services configured for your organisation rather than on the number of users, so the platform may be extended to every function that contracts without incremental licence cost.
01
Charged per Service
Fees applied to the services configured for your organisation, presented as a single consolidated monthly invoice. From £X.
02
White-Labelled Licence
A white-labelled deployment on your own domain, with reports in your house style. From £X per month.
03
Legal Services Quoted Separately
Escalations to the firm are quoted prior to instruction, so that legal expenditure remains visible and controlled.
Requirement limited to review? 360Counsel for SME provides the review capability independently, available online and charged per contract reviewed. View 360Counsel for SME
