David Mahony

Résumé

David has over 20 years of legal practice and is an MBA-trained business consultant with over 10 years of consulting and independent business experience. He conducts extensive research on behalf of his clients and represents their interests as a dedicated advisor and advocate. He provides commercial, contract, employment, business immigration and regulatory expertise and acts as a litigator or regulatory representative for clients in many sectors and varying sizes of organizations.

Admissions

David was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1999 and has remained a member in good standing since and was also admitted to the British Columbia in 1994 but left in 1995.

David has operated his own practice for the past 5 years and before that worked for Osgoode Professional Development, Osgoode Hall Law School, ˇYork University as a Program Lawyer and prior to that in roles as General Counsel and Business Consultant for 3 years and was at the City of Toronto, Legal Department for 10 years.
