We opened 360 Business Law Geneva in 2020 to bring on-the-ground corporate, commercial and alternative dispute resolution capabilities to our growing Switzerland and multinational client base. With a special focus on trade finance and technology companies, our presence on the ground helps us to better serve our Swiss clients, while operating as a natural extension of our global office network.

Led by Amiel Feldman, our Geneva practice covers areas including international contract drafting and negotiation, commercial dispute resolution, media & telecommunications, financial services compliance and employment law. We also represent clients before arbitration courts internationally.

Geneva is not only one of the wealth management capitals of the world, but also  home to the headquarters of many mutlinational companies, and represents an advantageous litigation hub. It is easily accessible for a diverse range of clients and offers extensive advantages as a business location at the center of Europe, but outside the EU. It is also widely recognised as an ‘arbitration friendly place’ and often praised for the high speed conclusion of trials.
