Jalcy is a corporate attorney and has been practicing law in private practice, Chinese state-owned enterprise and Hong Kong listed companies. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute. Her primary practice areas include commercial law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border China transactions and corporate compliance under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
