- Credit-Based Pricing Model
Access to the AiLa Contract Review Service (the Service) is provided on a pre-paid, credit-based basis. Clients must purchase credits in advance via the client portal before submitting any contracts for review.
Credits are automatically deducted from the Client’s available balance upon submission of a contract for review. The number of credits required depends on the type of contract submitted, as set out in the Fee Table below.
Credits are account-specific, non-transferable, and may only be used by the Client and its Authorised Users associated with the relevant account. Credits may not be resold, assigned, or transferred to any third party.
Validity of Credits
Credits purchased by the Client do not expire. Any Credits remaining unused will continue to be available for use indefinitely.
Where the Client purchases additional Credits, all unused Credits held at the time of the subsequent purchase shall automatically roll over and remain available without time limit, subject always to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any applicable amendments to the Services.

- Bulk Credit Discounts
Discounted pricing is available for bulk purchases of credits. Discounts are applied automatically at the point of purchase.

If you wish to purchase credits in quantities exceeding 200, please contact support@360businesslaw.com to request a bespoke quotation. Any discounts offered apply only to future purchases and cannot be applied retrospectively to credits already purchased.
AiLa Word Plugin Subscription
Clients may subscribe to the optional AiLa Word Plugin on a per-Authorised User basis, subject to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance and charged automatically to the Client’s nominated payment method.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions shall renew automatically on a monthly basis unless the Client provides notice of cancellation no later than seven (7) days before the applicable renewal date. Any cancellation shall take effect prospectively only and shall not apply retrospectively to any subscription period already commenced.
Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date. No refunds are available for partial use of Word Plugin subscriptions.
Refund Policy
Except where expressly provided under the EULA in the event of a material breach by 360 Law, no refunds shall be issued for unused or expired credits.
- International Lawyer Quotation Work
Scope of International Lawyer Services
Where a Client requests, or where it is necessary, for work to be carried out by lawyers qualified and practising, in any jurisdiction in which we operate, such work shall be provided through the Lawyer Quotation system and shall fall outside the standard credit-based pricing model set out above.
Quotation-Based Pricing
All work undertaken by International Lawyers shall be priced on a quotation basis, calculated by reference to the relevant lawyer’s country-specific flat hourly rate, as set out in Global Rates.[RT1]
Issue and Acceptance of Quotations
(a) Prior to commencement of any legal work, the Client shall be provided with a written quotation detailing:
- the scope of the proposed work;
- the applicable hourly rate(s); and
- the estimated total fees.
(b) No legal work shall commence unless and until the Client has expressly accepted the quotation via the Lawyer Quotation system and payment has been made through the applications payment gateway.
Payment Terms
- Fees payable for the Lawyer Quotation Service are charged separately and independently from the AiLa AI Review Service. Payment for the Lawyer Quotation Service must be made in monetary form, and AiLa credits may not be used, applied, or redeemed in payment of such fees.
- Lawyer services shall be payable in full and in advance through the applications payment gateway before any work commences.
- Where the Lawyer is engaged on an hourly rate basis and the scope of the services changes, whether at the request of the Client or as a result of circumstances otherwise arising, the Lawyer shall notify the Client that the scope has altered and that a revised quotation is required. The Lawyer shall provide a re-quotation reflecting the amended scope of work, and the Client acknowledges and agrees that additional fees may become payable in respect of the revised services. No further work outside the original scope shall be undertaken until the revised quotation has been communicated to the Client.
Currency and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, quotations shall be issued in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable local taxes, duties, or similar charges arising from the provision of international legal services shall be charged in addition, where applicable.
No Application of Discounts
Bulk credit discounts, subscription pricing, or promotional discounts applicable to the AiLa Service do not apply to International Lawyer services unless expressly stated in the relevant quotation.
