Telecommunications Attorney

Since 1982, Roberts has practiced communications law before the United States Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”), and the Federal Appellate Courts. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk for Judge John F. Cook of the Federal Mine Safety & Health Review Commission, an Administrative Court. Robert has represented many companies in his practice of communications law before the FCC and the Courts, including but not limited to, Metromedia, Inc.; ALLTEL Corporation; Commnet Cellular, Inc.; Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company; Mobile Communications Corporation of America – all of which are publicly-traded corporations or owned by publicly-traded corporations. Robert has prepared partnership agreements, contracts of purchase and sale; negotiated deals and other similar matters in the course of his practice of communications law.
