Bo is an international business attorney with over 10 years’ experience in the legal field, both as in-house general counsel at small and large companies and in private practice.  His practice areas include government and commercial contracts (including all phases from business development to contract closeout), international corporate registration, data privacy, blockchain, and formation and administration of international joint ventures.  His experience in-house provides a broad base for assisting clients with a wide variety of matters.  Bo has negotiated multi-billion-dollar contracts with the United States government and helped register companies in over 40 countries.
