Jeff has both a high level in-house and diverse private practice career over more than 20 years. An in-house counsel role at a multinational manufacturer and retail supplier of agricultural products included international transactions and major construction projects, and at a drilling tools manufacturer, he managed a patent portfolio of over 200 patent applications coupled with a need to develop and expand its operational business to support its complex research and development. Private practice experience has been focused on energy and technology industries, dealing with a wide range of commercial transactions and operational matters.
