Diane is an international business attorney with over seventeen years’ experience in the legal field, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Diane’s primary practice areas include commercial law, business development, compliance and regulatory matters, tax, contracts, negotiations, arbitration, mediation, and international law and strategy. To date, Diane has worked in the US, UK, and Costa Rica, and has worked with clients globally in cross border transactions. This international experience, coupled with Diane’s previous roles in business development, operations and management, allow Diane to bring unique perspectives to clients.
