David is an commercial and employment lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the legal field, both in private practice and as in-house counsel and a business consultant with over 10 years of experience assisting organizations. His primary practice areas include commercial law, contracts, employment law, business immigration, civil litigation and regulatory advocacy. David has also intellectual property, environmental law and real estate experience. To date, David has worked in the US and Canada and currently has his own practice in Toronto.
