Brian is a qualified Colorado licensed attorney with over 11 years of general practice attorney experience in a variety of areas, including debtor-creditor matters, commercial disputes, employment and real estate law, estate planning, and business formation. He has appeared in a variety of hearings, depositions and trials. Brian is a  Certified Mediator, he facilitates mediations and prepares settlement agreements. Brian is also licensed in the US District Court for Colorado. In addition, he has spent over a decade managing a team of attorneys for LexisNexis, a leading legal research corporation. Brian is detail oriented, independent and a positive, innovative team player.
