Here at 360 Business Law, we believe that high-quality legal support and realistic fees can go hand in hand.
That is why we developed our unique subscription based legal service model for businesses of all sizes to benefit from.
Our subscription legal services model doesn’t provide for pre-packaged advice, because we know that your requirements, objectives and goals will differ greatly depending on your history, your industry and your size. So, when you choose a 360 Business Law subscription model, you can expect a service that’s truly tailored to your specific individual needs.
How do we determine the monthly fee?
We discuss in detail your business, its products, your internal processes and procedures and set a monthly fee for a three month trial period, within which you can see the quality and efficiency of our legal services and we can determine if we have set the monthly fee at a fair rate. Throughout the trial period, we will review all your go-to-market contracts, policies and other internal documents to ensure that you are in the best shape to trade efficiently.
Throughout the trial period and the contracted period, you will gain unlimited access to our legal network for your selected services as and when you need it - 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
What’s the best way to describe 360 Business Law’s Subscription Legal Services?
Look at it this way – if you employed a lawyer as a member of your staff, you would have to rely on their narrow skill set to solve each and every challenge you were faced with. After all, even the most expensive legal counsel has limited skills – it is impossible for one person to be an expert in every aspect of the law in the UK, and certainly not in every country. When you work with 360 Business Law, you’ll have an entire team of dedicated business lawyers at your disposal, for less money. In fact, on average our clients see a reduction in their internal legal costs of around 15-20% and a reduction on their external legal costs of around 40-60%.
If matters become complicated and your list of concerns starts to increase, or if the volume of your commercial contracts increase our monthly or quarterly price will remain the same throughout your contracted period, usually 12 months following the 3 month trial.
If it sounds too good to be true, just take a look at our prices below
The costs below are an estimate of time expended by our corporate and commercial lawyers per month. However, it must be emphasised that once contracted our prices are fixed and will not increase even if workload increases. This is not a retainer model and you will not be billed for additional work that exceeds your agreed monthly fee.
Number of hours provided per month
Annual savings are based on discounts from our fixed hourly rate charge.
Costs are based on single UK jurisdiction - however, if you require the services of our business lawyers in foreign jurisdictions, this will all be covered in your contract and a fixed monthly fee will be agreed to include overseas work.
Employment law services are calculated at £60.00 (excl VAT) per employee per annum and include review and supply of all employment contracts, policies and procedures, and assistance with all employment law matters, such as disputes, up to the issuance of a claim form. Industrial Tribunal matters can be undertaken by our employment lawyers for an additional fixed fee.
Certainty of costs and quality of work - At 360 Business Law, once contracted our charges do not increase even if your workload increases and we never use juniors or paralegals – instead, all work is carried out by well-seasoned legal professionals with vast experience and expertise within their chosen area of law. So, by subscribing to our service, you can take advantage of our industry-leading specialists without worrying about rising fees.
